Paul is a hugely experienced DJ and loves nothing more than putting the 'DJ head' on for the night....Paul has worked across the UK on all kinds of functions, kid's parties through to weddings and large corporate events, Ant 'n' Dec's agent hired Paul to DJ his wedding for him...
Paul say's, "My DJ show is a personality show, I involve the entire audience and have them joining in everything, kid's, grandparent's, all of them. I never offend or embarrass anybody, our parties are fun with laughs, forfeits and spot prizes, etc, then at dancing time it's music for everybody, anything from the 60's through to the charts"
It all started way back in 1985 working behind the scenes at BBC Radio Lancashire...
Fronting Rock FM's Roadshows across the North West for 6 years..
Working on Several other Radio Stations Roadshows across the UK...
Paul then joinied the Broadcast team at Red Rose Radio presenting every show including the Big 3 shows, Lunchtimes, Drivetime and the Breakfast Show..
( Paul was LIVE ON AIR during the media frenzy of the Manchester City Centre IRA Bombings )
Going on to work 'on air' at several other UK Radio Stations..
Paul has worked on gigs with many stars from Sport, Pop and TV, just to name drop a few...
Liverpool FC, Blackburn Rovers FC, England Footballers....
Take That, Spice Girls, Sinnita, 911, Lindasfarne...
Coronation Street cast, Bread, Emmerdale, Granada TV...
Paul says
I cannot start to tell you how lucky I am to do what I do and enjoy the success I have enjoyed, this job is a job you just have to LOVE to be able to do it properly, I cannot wait for my next gig, I have more enthusiasm now than ever about what I do, I get such a kick out my job it’s unbelievable, plus the wages are pants…..whether it’s working to a room of 300 on a Wedding, or 30 from a Charitable organisation, the genuine THANKS at the end of the night is PRICELESS.
